  Ok , I'm just going start off by saying , I'm applaud by the service , especially coming from UPS .
  So I live in a apartment complex ,(beaver brook apartments in Lincoln park )apparently there have been a lot of complaints about the ups guy leaving the packages out in the back agarre doors !
  Not in the mailbox where they're suppose to go with a secure key for package .
  Also my mom told me he left the whole complex mail in the main office once to let the managers distribute the mail because he was running late .
  Well now my packages are missing . I'm really scared that the rest of them will come up missing as well . I didn't get to pick what mail carrier to use since I ordered online for some expensive sneakers and now they're missing!!!!!!! I would give them 0 stars if I could . Lost all trust in UPS . HORRIBLE
