    Great place. The tellers are present and pleasant . The atmosphere is warm and welcome . I just think they need more bank tellers. Yes I did wait 1 time too long.

    I haven't had a pleasant experience with Capital One since I opened up my account. The only reason I visit this particular branch is because it's close to my employer. The wait to speak to a rep is always 30 mins or longer and the tellers never seem happy.

    I'm truly debating on closing my account soon.
