  Doctors are okay. We are quite new so I really cant gauge much How the doctors are but so far we've seen 2 doctors and they are okay.
  
  Its the receptionists that makes going to this clinic a bad experience. They are the least compassionate people. Not even friendly at all. They should be given training on customer service...much so because they are in the medical industry...and they should know that people are not feeling well or probably distressed when they go to the office. Otherwise, they won't be there or won't be calling them. They ACT as if they are above the people they are servicing and that you need them, they dont need you. I followed up for my son's test results and the receptionist said in a most condescending voice that I shouldn't be calling because the results are due 8-10 days. Told her that the doctor told me to call back this week and she said to call back on Friday. I asked her, if they will be calling us for the results....(because that is the industry practice, doctor's offices should be calling the patients for their results!) But no, she insisted that we should be calling them if we don't hear from them...and she said it, again in the most condescending way. She's actually insinuating that they wouldn't be calling, so make sure to call them back. This is the first time I've heard this from a doctor's office. Terrible! Will sure spread the word so that other people can stay away from here!
