  Today, looking for a standard oil change gave my car in at 7:30am. Very friendly upfront. I asked how soon can I get the car? "Best I can do is 10:30am" okay! Sounds great I'll be back!
  
  *arrives at 10:32am*
  
  Hey I'm looking for the status of my car sir? VW CC? "Did you get a phone call?" While he's looking for the keys, I see them hanging where it says 10:30 in a big circle on the paper. "Oh yeah the Volkswagon, we were aiming for 10:30.." *looks at clock, car is not even in*
  
  "I'm sorry I thought this was someone else, give me a sec."
  
  *proceeds to pull car into garage for service*
  
  So don't get me wrong, the willingness is there to be kind and to help, but don't give me my hopes up where you tell me one thing and produce a different type of service. Of course now would be the moment to mention that I WANT A REFUND, FREE SERVICE, but I'll be surprised if they do, I'm not even looking or even expecting it.
  
  If not, just get better at time management.

  Exhaust system hung with tie wraps. Mechanic said he always does them this way. Lasted one week before they melted and the piping dropped. Advanced Auto parts sells proper heat rated hangers for less than $2 each. Good thing I didn't wreck. If you've had your car serviced there get a real mechanic to check the work.
