  The sales information provided over the phone was good and reasonable. With options available for the set of tyres I required.
  With everything set and the price given over the phone - at the counter I was quoted another price which was then amended. When I made a point about the quotation I had over the phone, the price was dropped to my original quotation.
  Once the car was on the ramp having all tires changed the guys carried out their checks
  I was trying to be talked into having other work done.
  As a car technician (which I didn't tell them) I know what was being discussed and it wasn't required.
  I was deeply disappointed.
  They seem to be trying to get extra work carried out on customers vehicles that may not be required.
  If you are there for one thing like tires just be careful and if you are given a list of items that need changing for example shocks and struts - get a second opinion from some other place about the issues with your car.
