  they intentionally miscalculate the total price of vehicle and the interest rate initially they offered to me...very careful on Value and the Interest rate. they (accounts/finance department)offer one price on verbally but in paper work its different...find out long after...lesson learned..

  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! They don’t pick up their damn phones and they lie about your wait time with the stupidest elevator music playing in the background that drives you insane. And they give you the wrong information and there’s never way to Expedite anything EVEN if you offer to pay for it.
  I can’t wait to NEVER call them again.
