  Most unprofessional office staff I have ever dealt with. Moved out 3/29/18, it's now 5/16/18 and I still have not received my security deposit. Steve and Anna both told me lies about where my check was and when it was coming, one said it was being mailed out this day and the other said it was being 'processed'
  
  Then after I mentioned I was going to take legal action they had Matt contact me, never saw or met him while I lived here. He told me Steve and Anna didn't know what they were talking about when it came to the security deposit checks. Never gave me confirmation as to what was going on with my check. Told me to call Mon/Tues if I still hadn't received my check. Every time you call they give you the run around or put you on hold. Just called now and they told me Matt was in a meeting for 2 hours(ironic they close in 2 hours and the phone goes into an automated system.) Matt told me the check was for the full amount but was unable to check if the certified mail receipt was returned to Troy Hills Village because they're understaffed and behind on filing the older ones away. He also told me I was charged for not returning both keys but they didn't deduct it from the check, I returned one key the day before I left and the second key Steve told me to leave in the office dropbox on the day I moved out and I did because I dropped it off before they opened that morning.
  
  The lease agreement both parties signed state the security check will be issued within 30 days after the lease is ended, so I should have had my check almost 2 weeks ago now. They're so carelessly violating our lease agreement and not wanting to fix it and make things right. They really do not care about any of their residents.
  
  I had no issues while living here, maintenance handled things well, snow was taken care of in a timely manner, kids were obnoxious in the summer but they're kids. Apartments weren't bad, a little pricey. Office staff is horrendous. They want your money and don't want to be bothered, it's pathetic. If I had known this is how I would have neen treated in the end I would have never lived here.

  I see lot of negative comments and reviews but honestly I have not faced any such problems yet. They have got good service people 24 hrs. Heat is ok. They clean snow pretty quick they keep the lawns and open areas clean and maintained. Office guys are good too. Comparing to other aparment in the area they charge slightly more rent. I have just renewed my lease last month.
